This feeling carried the quotation to 122 soon after the opening of the board; but the advanced figure induced realizations, uncer which there was @ gradual yielding to 121%, at which point the market again gave way to 1213; on the report that @ tripartite conference, comprising the Duc de Grammont, of France, Lord Lyons, of England, and Prince Metternich, of Austria, was in session in Paris discussing a plan for the settlement of the difficulties between France and Prussia.
