E Torowro, Oot, 18, 1867, The Ottawa correspondent of the Toronto Globe says he has special tnformation confirming the statement regarding the Ferian arms at Potsdam. The arms are those seized by the United States government in 1866 and fately restored to the Fenian agents, About four thousand stand of arms havo arrived at Potsdam, and a lot of cavairy saddies has also arrived there. It is supposed that the Fenians will take advan of the elections which are to come off in New York shortly, and attempt a raid when both the political parties least desire to quarrel with them.
