Officially the reception of the Admiral and his squadron has been marked in every way by acts of courtesy and kindness that will not soon be forgotten, and fully reciprocating the spirit of friendship in which these delicate attentions have been tendered, the Admiral has extended his bospitalities on board his flagship to a large umber uf the most distinguished representatives of the nation.
