The steamship Santiago de Cubs put into this port yes- torday in a disabled condition. From an inspection of the log of the Suntiago de Cuba and the statement of Lieutenant W. R. Panca, a passen- ger aboard, the following particulars are given of one of the most severe storme of the coast of Wlorida which bas occurred for some time, and which has caused more ma- rine disasters, many pot yet kuown, than have tsken place for some time bac The steomsnip Santiago de Cwba sailed from Now York on Saturday, September 29, at noon, bound for Greytown, en route for San Francisco.
