The frigate Niagara reached Cienfuegos before the Crusader arrived there, but was not able to enter the narrow channel leading into the bay, and had sailed, The Crusader ar- rived at Cienfuegos on the 16th inst,, and on the following day her commander aud officers calié on the Governor of the town, and were reccived with great courtesy.
