For ten days past serious fires have been raging in the Pine forests of New Jersey, on the line of the Camden and Atlantic road, between Weymouth and Egg Harbor. Yachting Intelligence, The yacht Manersing,«wued by Messrs, Campbell ead Ruyter, arrived st Greenport, L. 1., on the 20th inst., and eniied for New York yesterday. ‘The yacht Rebecca also arrived at Greenport, L. L., on the ist, on # cruise. The steam yacht Banshee, just completed at the estab Vshment of Mr. O. R. Ingersoll, started on her trial trip Friday afternoon. The Banshee is a screw steamer of sbout twenty tons, with double engines, schooser rigged. She iveraged two hundred and tweive revolutions per minute, and although asmall vessel, will, in smooth water, run off her twelve knots an hour.
