NEW YORK HERALD, TUESDAY, Axxnst or 4 Tair BRLONGING TO AN ORGANIZED | Gano.—A German, named Paul Foesten, was arrested at Fort Washington on Saturday morning last by a police- man, and taken to Yonkers, for being dressed ina style that created suejicion, U pon examination he was found to be «iressed in clothes which were the proceeds of a bur- glary committed im Yonkers two days previously, and a carpet bag which he carried was found to be filled with ready made clothing, which was also a portion of the proceeds of the burglary. On being questioned he admit ted that he was an accomplice to the robbery of which he ‘wes suspected, but added that he would prefer contine- ment for twenty’. five years to mentioning the names of his in the burglary.
