‘WHE GREENWICH STREET TRAGEDY. Arr Prtal of Maurice O'Connell, Charged with the Murder of Gress Spitzion. COURT OF OYER AND TERMINER. Before Judge Ingraham. It will be rememibered that Maurice © €onnell and James Toole, two of the accused, pus in & plea of manslaughter in the first degree on Monday, and the trial of Hagan aud Tenbroke was set down for to-day. When the court was opened— Mr. Clinton rose, and said that when advising with O'Connell and his friends to plead guilty of manslaughter, ho thought ne was giving his clients good advice. The panel was exhausted before the requisite number of jurors could be obtained whereupon the Court ordered an additional panel of fifty to be summoned this evening, return- ‘able to-morrow morning.
