AT ALBANY AND ON THE NOBTH RIVER, {Irom the Adbany Argus, Dec. 6.) ‘The snow storm, which commenced ealy Sunday morning, continued through that day and night, and hosed i peaterday afternoon, continuing uninterrupted some thirty-two hours, During a portion of the time ‘the wind was high, and the snow drifted considerably. All the traina upon the railroads entering this city from he south, north and west, were detained, and came in Monday three and four hours bebind time.
