THE DESTRUCTIVE STORM AT GALVESTON. The yellow fever seems to have materialty abated in Galveston; the Ceaihs do not now average more than five or six'a cay. ‘the following account of a destructive storm at Gal- veston we find in the News of the 19th ult.
