L. Drown, in Salem street, in Dee , 1850. This case has beea, untii quite recently, involved in mystery, as no teacea of the property conld’ be found, with the’ exception that about two years since a silver watch, known to be a part of the property, was traced to the possession of Green- ough. Upon this fact becoming known, he absconded, bas not been heard of since until last Monday, whea he was arrested in Manchester, N. H., by officer Ham. Two others of the watches (gold) were traced through several hy to Horace D. Carley, of New York, who formerly kept a beoker’s shop in Sudbury. street, iu this city. Carley was arrested at his place of business in Broadway, on a charge of larceny, and brought to Boston on Friday last.
