The Court is composed of the Hon Robert C Grier, Judge of the Circuit Court of the United States forthe Third Ju- “Gelal Circuit, and Associate Justice of the Supreme ‘Court of the United States; andthe Hon John K. Kane, Judge of the District Court of the United States tor the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Judge Grier is a large, corpulent, gray haired, full faced man, aboutsixty years of age.
