A man by the name of Thomas Conner, who keeps # porter house at the eorner of Pearl aud Bin streets, Was arrested by ofMeers Lally and Hunt, of the Sixth ward police, as the individual who inflicted the vio- lence. It seems that, according to the facts as related at present, respecting the affray at the above named premises, Conner kicked # pail into the window of Frits, who is an old man of about 60 years.
