Col, Fremont, has been chungad in its proposed looality, and will be held in thisolty. It is a case upon which there is a fine field for the most complete exposition of the conduct and state of off sirs in California for the last year or two; but as the courts martial of the army are held in seoret ses- sion, the public will have to await ths official report.
