Her cabin will accom- modate about thirty-five passengers, with plenty of sea-room, her state roems being very large, and will be finished and furnished in a superior style, unsurpassed by any ship afloat. Bowery AmruitHEaT ‘The performance here last evening was numerously attended. The new Dulcimer Band—the feats of Monsieur Casimer, the great French Drummer, and the changes by Mr. Sergeant in his equestrian performance, were received with loud ap- plause. The feats of the company fully sustain the high reputation of this popular place of evening amusement. Horsemanship by Master Nixon, Messrs. Sergeant, Ma- digan aud Bacon ; also, vaulting, tumbling, rope perfor mances, » juggling, &c., gave m satisfac: tion to a crowded house. Gasenwich Tueatae.—Chapman’s benefit came off last evening at the Greenwich theatre, and La Signora Mantin, danced a grand Pas,Seul, amid the most enthu- siastic applause. The dancing of M’lle. Oceana and Monsieur Bennie, was also much applauded. The most amusing part of the performance was a trial dance by the lexcellent Leo oe performers, Mr. A. The impression among the bulls in the street, is, that the arrival of the steamer will have a very favorable effect upon the stock market, and that the large amount of specie she will bring will make money more abundant. At the secend board prices fell off a fraction, with small sales. The arrival of the steamship Hibernia gives us twen- ty-eight days later news from all parts of Europe. In a commercial point of view, the news is highly iaterest- ing, important, and exceedingly favorable.
