Domestic News, Cox, THe Bosgon Foraer.—On Saturday, thi ‘29th, being the day assigned tor examining the nesses agniost Charles Cole, Jr., for forging the sig- natures of Samuel Mansur and Richard Martin to three notes of hand, Mr. Cole was brought into court by Mr. Coolidge, the jailer, but he consented to have the cases sent upto the Municipal Court at once. The bonds on each were fixed at $2000- the same asin the five other cases,which were simi- y disposed of jthe week before last. Mr. Cole was then re-conveyed to jail. We understand that he hes suceveded in reconeiling his mind to his probable fate, and is very desirous of an early trial.
