To pafs any Vote or Votes to confirm and efta- blith the Committee, or any Number of them ( that were chofen at the laft annual Meeting) for performing fuch Services asthe (aid Committe were then chofen for. 2. To pafs a Vote if the Proprietors think fit, to “accept and confirm the Retumn of the Surveyors, ap- ‘pointed by the {zid Committee, to lsy out the hundred Acre Lotts in the Parith propos’d to be laid out, fix Miles fquare in faid Townfhip, sgrecable to s Vote pifs’d by the {aidProprietors,at their Jaft annualMeeting. 3. To pafls a Vote or Votes for aflefling sand col- le€ting fuch Sum or Sums of Money on each Right or Proprietor’s Snsre as have already been voted to be sziled, orany other Sum or Sums of Money, for defray- ing the Charges that have already arifen, or may arife to the faid Propiietors, for clearing Ways, building a Mill or Mills, &c. in faid Townlhip. 4. Tochufe Affeflors, to aflefs the Taxes on each originsl Right or Share in faid Towafhip, in equal Proportion, as the Law direéls. 5. To chufle a Colleétar ar Collettors, to colleét and levy fuch Aflefiments. 6. Tochule a Treafurer, to receive of the Colleftor or Colle€tors, fuch Sum or Sums as fhall be Collected from Time to Time for the Ufle of the faid Proprietors. . 7. To chufe a Committee to adjuft and feitle all Ac- counts and Demandsagsinft the Proprieiors,and todraw Oraers upon the Trealurer for the Dilcharge of the fame. 8. 'T'c chule fome Perfon or Pesfons as Agent and T'ruitee, or Agentsand Truftees to the faid proprietors, to raceivedor the proprietors Ulfe, all fuch Bonds and Securities as are.ce fhall be given to any Committee er Commitiees, Agent or Agentsfor the Ule, ot in Be- half of the {aid proprietors, for periormingtheSettlement eteny part of faid Townfhip, agreeable to any Vote or Votes that have been or may be hereafter pafled by the {aid proprictors ; end to give fuch Agent and Truftee, or Agents and Truftees, full Powerand Authority upon Non-performance of fuch Obligation or Obligations to {ue for the Forfeiture of fuch Bonds or Securites, and to sur{ue the fame to final Judgments & Execution, for the {e of faid proprictors, and to be paid by them for all excraordinary Charges attending fuch Profecutions. 6.
