By the prefent infolvent al, no prifoner can take the benefit of it, that was not a&tually in cuftody before the 25th of Oftober laft, but thofe who were ar- refted before the faid 25th of Oftober, and furrendered themfelves before the 28th of November laft, may re- ceive the benefit of this, lfo debtors who were beyond the feas on the fame 25th ofOctober, lurrendering them- felves, may have the fame benefic. All perfons difcharg~ ed by this adt, are not liable to be arrefted for debts con< tracted before the 25th of O&tober. ..... Brankrupts not obtaining their certificates in due time, are excluded in this a&t. .... All attornies embezzling their clients money arc al{o excluded. The future effefts and eflates of prifoners difcharged, liable to their creditors. Dcbtors to the crown, and prifoners who owe above 1009 .’ to ome perfon unlefs the creditors confent, are excluded in this a¢t,and creditors oppcfing the prifaner’s difcharge; to sllow him 3 5. 6d. per weck, on non payment, go be difcharged. All perfons entitled to the benefit of this a&, are to obtain their difcharges before the 31ft of March 1763. Creditors mey ecmpel sny prifoner, charged in execution, to appesr at the quarter feffion, with a copy of his detainer, and deliver in a dchedule of hiseftate, and on his fubfcribing the fame, and mak- ing a dilcovery of his eftate, is to be difcharged ; on refufing fo to do, or concealing to the emount of zo 1. fufters as afelon.
