20TH ANNIVERSARY OF MARRIAGE DAY Mr. and Mrs. Wasnis to Observe Silver Wedding Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Saimon Wasnis of 209 Stanley strect will celebrate the th anniversary of their marriage Saturday. The observance will start with a mass in the morning at 4| o'clock in St. Andrew’s church, A reception to friends and rela- tives from many cities will be held Sunday afternoon at the Lithuar hall on Park street. Mr. and Mrs, Wasnis were Lithuania. They were marricd their native country and emi to America shortly after their Tiage, coming to New years ago Mr. Wasnis is employed at the P. & ¥. Corbin plant Mr. and Mrs. Wasnis have four sons, all at home. The oldest is An- thony, who is employed at the sell & Erwin factory. John, is em- ployed at the Stanley hotel. Joseph is at home and Stanley, the youngest son, is a pupil at the Senior high school. Mr. Wasnis is prominent in Lithu- snian circles. He is president of the Lithuanian Roman Catholic Allianlce of America and also of the “Darbi- ninkas” Alliance. Mrs. Wa member of the Lithuan Catholic Alliance of America.
