The first question discussed and approved was to name the club “The Ttalian-American Democratic club” and it was further decided that only persons of Italian birth or descent would be eligible as members of the organization The publicity committee composed of J. H. Passerini, Joseph Bianca ond John Sana was instructed to proceed with the printing of appli- cations that will be among members in order to enable them to obtain the signatures of those who wish to enroll.
