Lozenski, who is 5 appeared to be badly in need of treatment for over indulgence in alcoholic stimulant in the opinion of Judge Saxe and a recess was taken to add the charge of being an in- ebriate. He pleaded not guilty but Judge Saxe committed him to the farm, observing that the treatment available there would undoubtedly belp him. Officer Charles Anderson testified that he investigated a complaint about 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon anl found Lozenski intoxicated in the kitchen of his home.
