IGHT NEW CHURCH | BY SETBACK STYLE Receding Temces Admit Light 10 Manbattan Edifice New York, Feb. 14 — The “sky- raper” type of architecture, with skylines broken to conserve light, as been applied with unusual em- hasia to the recently completed | rish house of the Church of the Heavenly Rest and the Beloved Dis- iple here, the first unit in a $3,- 00,000 group. Another “island” of light appears to the south of the church, where a low cloister has been {imposed between the towering walls of the church and a residence to the south. A carved stone doorway leads through this cloister to the tiny Chapel of the Beloved Disciple.
