EGAN QUESTIONED BY GRAND JURY Investigation Into Watkins' Case Gontinues Hartford, Nov. 27 (P—Attorney William E. Egan, counsel for Roger W. Watkins, was recalled today be- fore the special grand jury which is investigating the affairs of the im- prisoned broker. " Mr. Egan was a witness before the grand jury for about five hours last Thursday aft- ernoon, and his partner, former At- torney General Frank E. Healy tes- tified this morning.
