The husband, through Judge Joseph M. Donovan of this city, entered a counter complaint in which he charged his wife with misconduct with George Gasbarrc of Bristol on June 1, 1927. He admitted that for a time he was unable to contribute toward the support of his family, due to the fact that he was not working.
