The father, Willlam Budnik, was awakened about 4 o'clock this morn- ing and detecting the strong odor of coal gas and feeling himself be- cxmlng dizzy, he hurrledly opened the windows and went to sce if the boys in another room were all right Going Into the room where Ld- ward and Joseph were sleeping, he attempted to awaken them, and when his efforts failed, he sent in an emergency call for the doctor. When the physician received the call he notified the police and asked them to send pulmotors to the house, The pulmotors were not required as the two brothers responded to the treatment of the doctor. Lindsey to the bench of the Denver juvenile court that he has held for 23 years, was filed today in district court by R, B. Graham, de- feated candidate In November. Judge Lindsey and Dever election officials are made defendants in charges which alleged that through “inefficiency, incompeteney and inex- _perence,” Graham was deprived of between 600 and 1,600 votes.
