The physician who startied the city some time ago by diagnosing as small pox a plain case of chicken pox, has been notified by the state board of health that his license to practice medicine in Connecticut has been revoked. Eighteen eclectic doctors in Con- necticut, whose licenses were shown been notified by special delivery let- ters that their licenses have heen suspended and that they will bhe prosecuted if they continwe practic- ing in this state. Jackson, members of the discipline committee of the police commission, gave a hearing last night in the case of Policeman Edward Peterson. Charges were recently brought against Peterson by Chief Hart charging him with failing to arrest a man carrying concealed weapons and later allowing a man he had placed under arrest to escape while he was telephoning for the patrol on.
