LLOYD GEORGE TO BOW T0 ASQUITH Probably Agrees That He Shall Be Party Leader By The Associated Press, London, Nov. 15. whether Mr. Asquith George would assume the of the reunited liberal party, which has been exciting the greatest inter- est in view of the deep-rooted politica animosity between these two states- men, appears to have been settled quietly at their peace meeting on Tuesday. No official announcement has been forthcoming from the liberal head- quarters. In fact this issue has been carefully avoided by the liberal poli- tieians and the liberal press, but poli- tical experts in a position to know the facts say the situation is this Mr. Lloyd George has agreed to work with and under Mr. Asquith in view of the latter's position as the elder statesman and leader of the third strongest party in the house that body is constituted at present, the labor par¢y being the second and the Lloyd George party ranking tourth.
