BOLSHEVISTS STUDY AMERICAN POLICIES At Political Laboratory Situated in Berlin Berlin, Sept. 21.—Bolshevism has created a lahoratory of world politics in Berlin, something new in political science. This institution has little to do with musty texthooks and dry. lec- turers. It sends its investigators to the scene of interesting political activities in all parts of the world, and they bring reports to the official staff which keeps abreast of the world press and interprets the information it collects in terms of international consequences. Captain Jacques Sadoul, former French army officer who was senten- ced to death in France for the part he played in promoting sedition among the French marines and sailors who were gent against the Bolshevist troops at Odessa in 1919, is among the ex- perts on the Bolshevist staff who are conducting this new lahoratory, Jean Arens, who was wounded by the as- sassin who killed Vorowski, the Rus- sian unofticial delegate at the T,ausan- ne Conference, is another member of the laboratory staff At present the laboratory is much interested in dissecting America's for- eign policy. President Coolidge is un- | der the microscope. His speeches and | official activities being studied along with reports on the possibilit of Secretary of State Hnghes' resig- nation from the cabinet.
