PHILADELPHIA HAS HAD MANY PHENOHS List of Sms Released Is an Imposing One Cleveland, July 11.—Twenty-five players who were discarded or trad- ed by the Philadelphia Athletics are still playing major league baseball in other .uniforms. Some of them have been with several different teams since leaving the Athletics. Boston and New York come next in the American League list, having trans- ferred 24 and 22 men respectively. The St. Louls Browns released only four players still in the big show. They are Tilly Walker, Ernle John- ston, Derrill Pratt and Vernon Clem- ons.
