C, March 13.— Plans for a highway along the South Atlattic coast linking the chief sea- ports from Virginia to -Jacksonville, and, it is hoped, eventually forming a link in a coastal highway from Port- land, Maine, to Key West, Fla., will be discussed at the annual meeting of the South Atlantic Coastal Highway associatiop here on March 15 and 16.
