New York, May 26.—The 20 men indicted with Charles W. Morse and his three sons on charges of using the malls to defraud in connection with the sale of stock in the U. §. Steam- ship Co.,, have until June 9 to join in a motion to be tried separately from | the four Morses. This was decided by Federal Judge A. N. Hand today when counsel for two defendants, Stuart G.
