M'ss Lillian Man- chester, who has made an exhaustive study of this story, is in charge of the pageant and’ drills the children. The story has been prepared by Helen Hason of New York and has been successfully presented at many churches there. There will be abont 25 separate costumes used which will depict the various interesting parts of the story They will depict the world as shackled, war industry, education and the world in bondage. “Truth™ will be appropriately portrayed. It will show the coming recognition of truth and knowledge. Special music will feature the program. The enter- tainment will begin at 8 o'clock in the evening. Charles C. Spaulding The funeral services of Charles C. Spaulding was held at 3 o'clock this afternoon. The body arrived at noon today from Providence, R. I. Services were held at the Memorial Chapel at the West cemetery, Rev. Robert H. Burton, pastor of Our Lady of Merey church officiated. The family and relatives of Mr. Spaulding of Provi- dence, and Pawtucket attended’ the services. Hills was in charge today and placed at the booths, Mrs. W. A. Bailey, Miss G. Getchell, Mrs. Charles Newton and Miss Alice McCall. It is expected that there will be a larger return after this evenings solicitation than there was vesterday. The town will have to act at once in order to have Plainville reach the alloted 1000 members. Ministers’ Meeting. The Plainville Ministers® association will hold its postpcned meeting Thurs- day at the home of Rev. Robert H. Burton. A short business meeting will be held after which a committee will be elected to arrange for the Thanks- giving suppr and ,annual services at the Plainville Methodist church Wed- nesday evening, November 24. Rev. James Tranmer will lead the cere- mony At the meeting Thursday Rev. E. C.
