Wiggins, an aunt of Brines today told of a visit he'and his mother made to her home Tues- day night. She said they spent the night at her home. The Wiggins home is within a short distance where Brines' bloodstained automobile was found yesterd Mrs. Brines, ac- cording to Mrs. Wiggins was very nervous, and left to go to a hospital. The police are witholding the name of the hospital. John R. Wiggins, one of Brines’ two uncles and zuardian, who is a well know builder and contractor and lives at a prominent hotel here, said he handled the young man's small estate, valued at about $2,000, left by his clergyman father. Garage men where Brines kept his car, said Brines returned the auto- mobile Sunday morning and called for it again Sun afternoon. That was the last time the garage men saw it. Drewes was killed between 10 p. m. Saturday and daybreak Sunday. MAPLE HILL There will be a republican rally at the Newington Town hall next Wed- nesday evening at 8 o'glock.
