Wadlislaw Dombroski, a peddler of ice, kept the police busy for a time ‘ today and as a result he was arrest- ed twice within a few hours for breach of peace. Shortly before noon, a complaint was made at the police station that Dombroski was making a disturbanct at 66 Sexton street. He was placed under arrest and later liberated in bonds of $25.
