CHILE IS MOBILIZING Calls Four Military Classcs to the Colors As Result of Disturbances in Neighboring Country of Bolivia. Santiago, Chile, July 15.—Chile. has called to the colors the military classes of 1915 to 1919, inclusive of the four northern provinces of the country in view of the situation aris- ing in. connection with the Bolivian revolution. The call involves about 10,000 men. Bolivia has been isolated from the world by the censorship since the establishment of the de facto govern- ment headed by Bautista. One official message received con- tained a request from the provisional government that Chile provide a train to carry to Arica persons being de- ported from Bolivia.
