NEW BRITAIN DAILY HERALD. Our New Factory in West Haven. Conn.. on the Main Line of the B N. Y, N. H & H EK. E. 0 Be Completed by Late Spring. FROM THE SHOULDER! There are one hundred and ten million people in the United Sfa_tes; lf every one of them saved their money and in- vested it wisely, there would be one hundred and ten million millionaires in America today. ~We do not expect that each and every person who reads our advertisements shall hasten to avail themselves of the unusual opportunity of A o To the Man Who Thinks To him who looks beyond today; who seeks the morrow with confidence that it brings for him something more than a sunrise and sunset; who is sure that “1e future of American Industrial Enterprise is as secure as “he very earth he treads; and who knows that American securities have brought and will bring to him who places his faith in them wealth beyond the conception of the mind. If you are such a type of American you will profit by reading the rest of the arilling story of the Kelley Tire-& Rubber Company. From the Beginning “All New England knows the beginning of the Kelley Tire & Rubber Com- pany. . Emblazoned on the pages of all the leading papers of tiese progressive states the progress of this company sizcp by step has been related in language that all might read and understand. From the very foundation of this enterprise up to today we have taken the public with us and shared our confidence with them. Months Péss Z* Day'after ‘day this company builded its business. As new shareholders came in% thécompany new brauches were opened for the sale of Kelley “K™ Tread Tires and Kelley Blue*Tubes. Later as the funds began to grow a large tract was purchassed in West Haven, Connecticut, on the main line of the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad, ideally located and splendidly adapted for a large and growing industry Progressing The further expansion of “je company was but logical. From the purchase of a site and the establishmen: of Sales and Service Stations to meet he de- mand for our high class product, we next went into the project of the erection of our model plant on the property we had bought. Plans were drawn and placed in the hands of Monks & Johnson, Engineers, of 99 Chauncy Street, Boston, Mass., who have a high reputation as engineers and constructors, with rush or- ders. Plans and specifications will be submitied to us and to sub-contractors on January 15¢1 and work will begin on February st buying a fine industrial stock at a price that promises such rich reward. . Another Step As we announced a few days ago, nothing is being neglected to have our new factory in operation at the quickest moment possible. Since the first of the month orders have been placed with leading manufacturers of plant equipment and machinery to the extent of $200,000, consisting of calendar rclls, mills; washers, dryers, scales, bias cutters, tread making machines, heaters, spreaders, eiwc., which are expected in New Haven by early spring. What Does It Mean? While the doubter and skeptic have stod on the side lines and watched developments, wise and confident investors have bought our securities at $35, $6, $7 and %8 per share and knew they had a good investment. They know that Kelley Tire & Rubber Company. stock is a.good investment at $8 per share. A« $5 per share they realized that they were going in as founders of a business and accepted the situation as founders. At $8 per share they realize they are nearing the goal and that there are hundreds of thousands of dollars behind the investment, including cash in the treasury, machinery already bought, land paid for, Service Stations doing a large and growing tire business and a model tire fac- tory soon ¢ be erected. Of the Future The tomorrow of the Kelley Tire & Rubber Company is a page radiant be- yond description. Think of the myriads of rubber products besides tires and tubes the world is waiting for. Think of the industrial cities all over America that were or- iginally founded by a small group of investors and what the value of that same stock represents today. Do you reasonably think that $8 per share even nearly represents the value of Kelley Tire & Rubber Comp any Stck, or are you suffi- ciently foresighted to see it quoted at prices comparable to other leaders in the Tire and Rubber industry. Only Common Stock-—Free From All Incumbrances Investors in our securities have opportunity ©o share fully in every dollar earned by the company. Each and everyone sharing alike. We have issued and plan to issue no preferred swck, have no bonds, have no mortgages on our property, and have incurred no debts we cannot pay immediately. There is not a cleaner investment This Stock Is Now Selling at $8 per Share This stock can only be purchased through the Company and its salesmen, as the Kelley Tire & Rubber are financing their own enterprise. on earth. —NREFERENCLS— New Haven Bank.
