JANUARY 21, “MAKE-A-WILL DAY” NATIONAL = ODAY has been set aside by 2@“&2 the National Thrift Week &% Committee of the Young %"\fi:\) Ul Men’s Christian Association as =—=—— National “Make-a-Will Day.” On this day the attention of people throughout the country is being directed to the importance of making a Will. ‘»o i Jfii In the event of unforeseen accident and death, a Will is of the greatest value in the protection of property and loved ones. By Will, property may be left largely accord- ing to your own wishes. If you dq not leave a Will your property will be disposed of according to the inheritance laws of the State, in a manner which you might not have desired. Almost everyone realizes the value of a Will, and plans at some time to make one. In a great many cases this plan is never carried out. Today, while the matter is before your mind, is the time to have your Will drawn. Tomorrow you may not think of it. See your lawyer today, and observe “Make-a- Will Day” by having YOUR Will drawn. 1920 IS Your Wil and the Trust Company In your Will you may name a Trust Com- pany to carry out your last wishes, and administer your estate. By naming a Trust Company you can be assured that your Ex- ecutor will not die or become incapacitated. The duties of the Trust Company will be to collect the assets of your estate, protect and preserve them, pay claims and taxes, and finally distribute your property accord- ing to the terms of your Will. The Trust Company is experienced in the work of administration, and is responsible, dependable, trustworthy and economical in the handling of your affairs. It is under the direct supervision of the State. The fees received by the Trust Company, being fixed by law, are the same as received by others for similar services. The cost to your estate is no greater, and often less, than where no Will is left. When you see your lawyer today, ask to have your Will drawn, appointing a Trust Company as your Executor.
