Advices of further tioning in Hungary by the Ru- manian troops of occupation were re- ceived today by the supreme council of the peace conference. On September 10 the reports the Rumanians requisitioned of shoes from the orphan asylum in Budapest. Of these the great bulk were shipped to Rumania, only about 8,000 pairs be- ing left in the orphanage. The ar- phanage society expressed the fear that these also would be taken under the guise of military requisitions, leav ing the arphans shoeless for the win- ter.
