Judge James T, Meskill will preside and United States District Attorney Allen E. Church will be present to challenge any prospective « citizens. Thus far there have been 45 aliens apply for naturalization, this number including several who were unable to ‘| pass the examinations at the last ses- slon of the court. Eight Enemy Aliens Included. Included in this list is one German enemy alien and seven Austrian en- emy allens who desire to renounce all alleglance to the land of their birth and swear allegiance to the' United States. There are likewise three sub- Jects of Great Britain who wish to renounce the Union Jack in favor of the Stars and Stripes. 11 Russlans, 12 Italians and one Swede.
