SELLING DODGE CARS FAST Used Car Department Also Scene of Activity During Fall Season, In A. G. Cohen’s conversation with the New Britain Herald-auto man, he said there are few traces of the war’s effect on the automobile business. Mr. Cohen has passed the hundredth mark on his deliveries of Dodge Brothers automobiles in rotation as the orders are reecived. Three of the new cars were on the floor, being prepared for delivery yesterday. The automobile buying public is beginning to realize and profit by the experience of the motorists who have used Dodge Brothers cars and found them so eco- nomical and sturdy. The new models in the runabout, coupe and sedan form are certainly making a hit. Prominent manufac- turers and private owners, who for- merly have owned\ big heavy cars, are purchasing these 'models. The Co- hen Motor Company has expanded to a great extent during the past few months, and has added the Mitchell Sixes, for New Britain, Bristol and vicinity, and has also taken on three counties for the distribution of the Koehler ton and a quarter, and Bur- ford, two and four ton motor trucks, and in the stock department carries a complete line of parts for these cars. That service end is cared for by Nels J. Nelson, who is also in charge of the acetylene welding. This end of the business is very interesting, as service means so much to a car owner nowadays. SALE NOwW GOING ON. 1 pany’s plan of service has proven a success, for it is not restricted to a number of hours on cars they sell, although they are not obliged to give any service as Dodge Brothers claim they make their car as perfect as pos- sible and are not selling a customer service. However, any purchaser of the Cohen Motor company may call at anytime and always find a helping hand offered them. Charges are only made on such work as the owner is liable for. The Cohen Motor Com- pany also carries a stock of supplies and tires, and has expanded the used car department to such an extent that the used cars are sold through- out the state of Connecticut. One may find at their showroom, at all times, a complete line of used cars, which are all thoroughly gone over and ready for the purchaser at a low price. Mr. Cohen states used cars have been big sllers this season, as so many people are glad to take the opportunity to buy a used car when they know it can be purchased from a reliable firm, which will guarantee a used ¢ar as well as a new one. The Cohen Motor Company will be glad to meet its friends at their exhibit in Berlin next week. CROW-ELKHART EXHIBITION Adna F. Johnson to be Represented at Berlin, Adna F.
