Hyatt of Meriden, a Yale graduate, was yesterday elected as as- sistant secretary at the annual meet- ing of the directors of the American Hosiery company. Mr. Hyatt has been with this concern for several years, but never before held office. As was expected, G. E. Talcott de- clined re-election as secretary and treasurer and his place was filled by Martin K. Pasco, as treasurer, and L. H. Taylor as sccretary. Other offi- cers are: President, E. H.
