Upon the exhibition to this Court of the agreement whereby Harriet Comber of Waterbury, Conn., of the first part, gives in adoption to Floyd Evan Stoner and Sarah Annie Stoner of New Britain, Conn., Second Part, her minor male child under the age of fourteen years to wit: aged two years, three months, residing in the town of Pittstield, Mass, to become theirs by adoption:—it is ORDERED:—That a hearing upon said agreement be had at the Probate Office in said New Britain on the 3rd day of January, A. D., 1917, at 9 o’clock, in the forenoon; and that no- tice be given to all persons interested to appear at said hearing and- show cause, if any they have, why said agreement should not be approved, by publishing a copy of this order in The New Britain Herald, a newspaper having a circulation in said district, and by posting a copy of this order on the public signpost of the Town of New Britain, in the County of Hart- ford, in the State of Connecticut, nearest to the place of residence of said child, at least six days before the day herein before assigned by this Court for sald hearing.
