Plan To Drop Three New England Cities, For Eastern Association Teams New York, Dec. 15.—A decision on the proposal to merge the New England league and the defunct Bastern Association of Connecticut and Massachusetts was expected today at a meeting to be held between rep- resentatives of the two organizations and John H.
