This will end an in- | vestigation extending over several months. The investigation has taken note of every available site within transmission radius of Seattle. Many have been elim- } inated as impractical. Several remain. One of these is to be selected to generate power for the city light plant. It is highly important that the best site be obtained, and ‘| for the smallest possible price. | How is this to be determined? The Star has a suggestion. Seattle councilmen are only human. They are Seattle citizens, interested in Seattle’s affairs. Because they are human, none of them is unbiased. Al are influenced—consciously or unconsciously—one way or another.
