The president stated that the elec- tion of other were officers of the board in order, and the name of E. E. Cline was presented for the office of vice president. There being no further nominations, Mr. Cline was declared elected. On motion of G. W. Oliver, it was ordered that the secretary and treasurer's office be combined, and the name of A. J. Holworthy was presented. There being no further nominations, he was declared elected. Considerable discussion was had with regard to the membership fee and a proposed reduction from $10 to $5 but no specific action was tak- en. On motion of E. E. Cline, the president appointed the following committee: Messrs, Holworthy, Walker and Cline, to draft a consti- tution and by-laws embracing all the features included in the report of the [ And, organization committee and also all such other matters as might be nec- essary to give a good working plan iy say to the flowers that miss her: with necessary rules for the organi- zation, such committee to report same to a meeting of the association to take place in Bartow at 10 o'clock, Monday, August 10.
