Our whole commurity was shocked Mrs. H. Freeman. Marictta Crosby was born April 26, 1887; married| July 31, 1906, to Mr Allen H. Free- man. Her sudden death was caused by a bullet from an old pistol, not knowing it was loaded, she and her husband and mother-in-law yere playing with it. While in the hands| of Mr. Freeman it went off suddenly ‘| entering his wife’s abdomen. The pistol was supposed to be worthless as they had played with ‘t a few days previous while out on the lake and had been laid aside as worth- less. Mrs. Freeman when the lived about thirty-six hours dark shadow of death crossed her sweet| life. Her migd was always clear; she never murmured nor complained o! her accident; she always thougkt which ke never did only for a few moments.
