We thank God for His favor: upon this cause and the success |t has met with in our State; and that the territory included in our district i3 all under prohibition law. 2. That we will not cease to ad- vceate legislation for temperance laws, but that we will emphasize in 1.'reaching and writing an dinfluence, personal abstinence, temperance and self-control. In other words, we shall supplement the prohibitosy laws of restraint, by an inculcation of the inner principles of self-con- trol and. purity. 3.
