Washington, Feb. 22.--An eight- bhour work day for women workers throughout the country employed in any industrial concern engaged in interstate commerce would be pro- vided for in a ball introduced by Senator Kenyon today. Last night's program opened with a concert by the Tllinois Glee Club, which was followed by the event of the evening—the entertainment given by Walden, the Magician.
