HENDERSON HEIRS WIN OUT IN SUPREME COURT. Tallahassee, June 6.—The Supreme Court has affirmed the decree of Hon, John W. Malone, circuit judge, in the case of United States Sugar Co. against John W. Henderson, Jennie H. Murphree and Flora A. Waldo, as the heirs of the late John A. Hen- derson. The suit was brought to re- cover about 90,000 acres of land ly- ing in Lee and DeSoto counties, along the Caloosahatchee river and border- ing on Lake Okeechobee. The Supreme Court also affirmad the decree of the lower court in the case of Rufus K.
