I offer my continuous re-election as city attorney for Lakeland, Fort Meade and Aubarndale as evidence of my faithfulness and ability as a lawyer, EPPES TUCKER, JR. BRAXTON BEACHAM ENDORSED BY LAKELAND CITIZEN. To the Public: Having lived a neighbor to Hon, Braxton Beacham in Orlando for sixteen years, and knowing his many splendid qualifi- cations, I want to most heartily en- dorse his candidacy for the office of Congressman at Large, and call on all citizens of Polk county to give him their support on next Tuesday. Mr. Beacham is a loyal Democrat, a man of high standing in his home county, and a man who would rep- resent the people of Florida with credit to himself and to his State. 1 personally know ‘that the charges made that he is a railroad candidate are absolutely false and absurd. Vote for Beacham, and you will make no mistake. Respectfully, W. P. PILLANS. PROPOSALS FOR MUNICI- PAL BUILDING LAKELAND, FLA. Our plan is so simple and the terms so easy that you will wonder why vou never thought of it before as a means of cutting off that grinding monthly out-go of hard-earned dollarsdfor which you were getting no returns. Here is our plan: We loan you the money with which to build a home or pay off a mortgage at the rate of FIVE PER CENT. INTEREST on the yearly balances. This loan is paid back in easy monthly installments, just as you now are paying rent. ; On a THOUSAND DOLLAR loan the payments, if equat- ed, would equal $10.48 per month. This amount covering payment on both principal and interest. This loan may also be paid in full or in part at any time, thus stopping further interest. By this plan you are able to build a home after your own ideas; live in it; improve and enjoy all the pleasures of owning your own home, and pay for it just as you now ar paying rent—only, When the pay period is ended—the home is yours, without a string tied to it. *%¥ Honestly now, isn't that more sensible than paying rent? If you are interested, we would be glad to have you call, when we will go over your proposition thoroughly. We can help vou. That's sure. It's up to you. ROLE G0 L [0 FLuG, CURRY BUILDING.
